Conected but no charging

My laptop allows to charge the battery only up to aprox 12%, thereafter informs "conected but no charging", if I run the HP calibration routine it does the same thing only charges to 12% (maybe 15 minutes of use).

I run all the battery tests in the HP support, I also disabled the Microsoft battery ACPI control to no avail, any sugestions?.

Could it be that my laptop is running to hot and this is afecting the charge control circuit?

Calibrate the battery, if it shows you some error ID you should replace the battery.

The battery does not show any ID error.

The battery charges ok up to 12%, then it stops charging, it will run on battery alone for 20 minutes or so, if conected to the charger will charge again up to 12% and then stops charging
