Fan Problem - Error 90B

Hi! 

I get an error 90B when I turn the laptop on. (Less then 2 years old computer)

I updated the bios, I forced a hard reset , I wasted a can of compressed air to try to clean the computer, i change the power configuration and nothing seems to be working out to remove the error.  

I also tested the fans... and although I am not sure what are the proper values (Fan1: over 4000 RPM, Fan2: around 100 RPM when temperature is above 50ºC), according to other forums those aren't rare.  
Can anyone tell me what can be wrong with my laptop? Is there a problem with the BIOS or do i need to replace the fans? Or just clean inside?
