I asked HP through these Forums how to deal with my computer using all its RAM. I was told I could upgrade it to 24GB of RAM and was given a link to Crucials web-site. I paid a bunch of money for this RAM and found that after installing it, the computer would only recognize 16GB of it. I asked HP what the problem now was, but they will no longer reply to me.

I posted my problem in Crucials Forum, and they said that my computer with WIndows Home Premium can only use 16GB of RAM.

HP SHOULD have been aware of this. And it WAS rude of them to no longer reply to my messages.

Maybe Hanspuppa should get a payroll deduction and Scott be given a Credit on his next purchase.

NOT IMPRESSED.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
