Error Code 43 on USB Connector UCM-UCSI ACPI Device

I installed all the required Windows updates. Now, I've received a few months ago a HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 (120W) for my laptop and it was working fine up until some updates and when disconnecting  and reconnecting. I've managed to solve the issue several times with reinstalling the driver and downgrading the BIOS, however it comes back every time I disconnect and then connect to the TV with HDMI.  It is getting to the point that it is very annoying, as the docking station works but some functionalities don't. So the ideal working scenario (that works with 1 of my laptops) is:

• Laptop closed with USB C connected
• Turn on PC with Dock station button

But for me those functions won't work, I'll need to leave my laptop open and get the hub to work, but the turning off/on function doesn't work nor does the light turn on. I've seen many cases online where they mention problems with the motherboard, could you please advice?

I'm going to try to discharge the battery today by letting the battery die and then holding down the power button for 1 minute. I'll update as soon as I try that.
