Screen/Hp Logo flickers while booting then flicker disappears on windows login promp

Using windows 10 pro 64. BIOS VT enabled and Hyper-v service installed and working. The screen works perfectly all day, no flickering, and no signs of physical damage, but every time I reboot the machine, while booting, the hp logo will flicker vertically , just until the windows login prompt shows. This happens everyday. If I reboot the computer at night, after having used it all day, the hp logo flickers, and the windows screen too, so much that I cant even read the windows screen. I have to shutdown and wait a few hours before turning on again. It is very weird because you would think that a physically damaged screen would not work flawlessly all day every day, and only flicker during the hp logo booting phase. How can it flicker with the HP Logo and BIOS screen, and not flicker at all on the windows screen. Not sure what the problem is: Software or hardware?
