Glitch Screen

OMEN HP Laptop 15-dc0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday I opened my application "Driver Booster 7" to check if there were any updates that were missing and indeed I found some pending to update, so I run the program.
Update the drivers that it indicated me and one of them was about the monitor, it was not strange at all at the moment and just to be sure I update it too
Everything was normal then but when I restarted the computer after the installation and after a couple minutes of working on it, something strange happened to me.
The screen started to show me these black/green/pink/yellow pixels all over the website when I stopped moving the mouse for a few seconds.

I thought this problem was only about the facebook page because it didn't affect the upper frame of my browser or the lower task bar of windows, so I didn't pay much attention believing that it was only a problem of Facebook but, I soon realized that this would also affect other pages such as google, google documents, drive, etc.
I was scared and this time I thought it my browser was the problem, I uninstalled it and reinstalled when this happened but the problem continued
and the thing became more weird when not only did it affect my browser, also my discord application had this glitch.

I went into windows update and saw that I had a pending update, installed it and restarted the computer again but the problem continued.

A few hours ago I was in contact with an HP support person and we entered the device manager where I discovered that I needed an update in:

Display Adapters> Intel (R) UHD Graphics 630

I updated it and I thought that would solve my problem, however after restarting my computer and entering facebook this happened again (THE IMAGE, it was on a facebook post) The left part is the error that appears to me and the right as the post would normally look.

ProblemFB.jpg.jpg

This problem is not there all the time, it appears when I am in another program and I return to the application that is glitching or when I left the mouse for a couple seconds without using it.
And it disappears only when I take the mouse and scroll down the page or click everywhere

I have no idea what to do to fix this, I'm sure it started when I updated that driver in "Driver booster" but supposedly I already updated all my drivers on the computer and it keeps happening to me, I need help!

Hola @AnnoyingWert

If you need to update drivers outside of those offered by HP go directly to the hardware manufacturer
