I have a designjet 4000 plotter to which the belt broke. buy a generic china that comes without a tensor. the problem that I have to install it and the plotter begins to initiate and when it is ending it gives error 86:01 and I have not been able to solve this error I add the one that is being damaged and does not give the error and it works well. I would like to know how to solve this problem with the equipment. because I compare the two belts and they are identical, I do not know why this fault occurs mount the generic belt in another plotter 4000 or 4500 or in a z6100 and it does not work. I would like to have a solution so as not to lose money because in Venezuela it is not cheap and bringing the original from USA is quite difficult. thank you very much in advance if you can help me with this problem
