Problems connecting to Internet with wifi, HP 15s-fq1000 Laptop PC , Windows10

I believe I tried it all:

* Actualizing driver (Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11 ac  PCIe adaptor)

* Uninstalling and re-installing it

* Looking for the last updates

* Even installing a BIOS update after a post that suggested a connection with the problem

It is NOT due to my wifi network since other devices work just fine.

Only a few times I managed to connect, but it would last, and the connection was poor.
