Barely visible print quality

Hi! Im wondering if anybody here can help because I'm at my witts end! HP support in the UK won't help me because I'm in Spain and the Spanish HP support simply don't respond.

I purchased a second hand (but only a few months old) refurbished Officejet Pro 8210 printer from Amazon. It came perfectly and still even had all packaging and plastic attached.

I subscribed to HP instant ink and it arrived, but it is barely showing anything when I print? I've wasted probably half of my subscription amounth for this month on trying to fix it.

I've cleaned print heads 3 times and aligned it already. This didn't make much difference. When I was printing test pages, some was coming up clear and bold but it was mostly horizontal stripes all the way down where there is no ink printed. I tried to print my business logo and none of the colour from it printed at all and the black parts were barely there. The black is probably showing 10% of what it should. Then I tried from the macbook instead and tried to print some labels just onto standard plain paper and it was probably at 2%! Completely faded, I actually thought nothing printed at all until I looked closely.

This is for business and I have things that need printing ASAP, so if would be amazing if somebody could help!

Thanks so much for your suggestion! My printer is still under warranty and the video says not to do it unless you do not have warrantee 😪
