WORST LAPTOP EVER!!!

Dear HP Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dh0xxx that I recently purchased. This laptop is the worst device I have ever used, and I have all the reasons to say it. Not only has it been a complete waste of my hard-earned money, but it has also caused me endless frustration and disappointment.

I cannot recommend this laptop to anyone, and I strongly advise against purchasing any HP laptops in general. Here are a few reasons why I feel this way:

Firstly, the laptop cannot even handle playing a game for more than 2 minutes without crashing. As a gaming laptop, this is unacceptable and renders the entire purpose of the device obsolete.

Secondly, even basic browsing is a struggle for this laptop. Opening more than 5 tabs on any browser causes it to slow down and struggle to keep up, which is incredibly frustrating for any user.

Thirdly, the system crashes for no reason, and it is impossible to work on it without the fear of losing your data or work. Even when the CPU usage is less than 10%, the laptop crashes for no reason.

In summary, the HP OMEN 15 "GAMING" laptop is the worst gaming laptop one can get. I regret purchasing this device and wish I had gone with a different brand. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this laptop and the lack of customer support to address these issues.

I demand a full refund for this product and expect a prompt response to resolve this issue. I will also be posting this complaint on all your platforms every single day until a satisfactory resolution is reached.
