Puedo ampliar la ram de mi laptop?

Hola, mi notebook tiene 8gb de ram en 2 slots de 4, aun no la he destapado pero quiero saber si puedo aumentar de 8gb en 2 slots de 4gb c/u, a 16gb en 2 slots de 8gb, como busco la memoria en las tiendas y que modelo comprar, si es ddr3 y todo lo demas

El equipo soporta 16 GB de ram  del tipo DDR3, PC3 1066  o DDR3 , PC3 1333, ls frecuencias en algunos casos puede ser mezcladas y en otros no . Las memoria van por ranura como sigue
