Hi, my HP Omen 17 (Energy Star) has recently begun crashing a lot because of overheating (I've checked in the error history and it says it reached a critical tempereture). I've tried blowing strongly into the vents, and I use it in an air-conditioned room (around 26ºC air temperature), but whenever I do anything such as playing a game, after 1-2 minutes it crashes. I've noticed that there have been lots of BIOS updates since the installed one (13/10/2016), some of them labeled as critical, should I install the latest? Also, should I take off the bottom to make sure there isn't loads of dust in the laptop? Thanks!
