HP envy 13 won´t turn on

Hello,

I was working with my laptop and an external arduino board plugged in through the USB when something wen't wrong and the everything stopped working. The arduino seems to be working just fine but the laptop does not turn on now.

When I plug it in the power led works fine. Orante light when charging and white when charging complete. When holding the power button the led starts to blink non-stop in 1s intervals. When removing the power plug from the laptop nothing happens.

I have tried several options that I found in the forum. So far no success:

Performing hard reset: Tried all steps several times but nothing shows up.

I have alsor tried opening the back case and removing the battery:

Removing the battery + 10-20s holing the power button + placing battery back in. Nothingthig different. Before placing the battery the power led remains white as expected (there is nothing to charge) and just blinks in 1s intervals. After finishing the cycle everything remains as before.

No success so far.

I would be very grateful if someone can help me on this.
