Problemas con mi dusco duro y arranque de mi pc

la prueba del disco duro me muestra un mensaje de error y un código de ID de falla:  0G8421-0007LL-0G8421-61CJ03. Esto quiere decir que tengo dañado totalmente el disco duro?

Ademas cuando intento arrancar el computador por una usb booteada, me sale el siguiente mensaje:
